| Through acquisition of an automated welder, our production has improved in consistency, rapidity and precision. It is able to weld massive parts and/or program up to 4 stations. Setting up several templates (identical or differing) optimises production time by making it possible to assemble and disassemble parts to be welded during machine operation. The regulator also enables several types of welds to be done on various types of metals such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium. So it is flexibility, quality and effciency that have become the standard for welding projects done by Les Fabrications TJD. |
